This should be a fascinating interview with highly experienced property investor Padraig Brown.

Padraig is a Principal of Mercer Alternatives and is Head of Real Estate for the Pacific region, responsible for investment, consulting and research. Padraig has been Portfolio Manager for the Mercer Australian Direct Property Fund since 2013. Padraig is a member of the Mercer Alternatives Global Real Estate Investment Committee and Mercer's Global Real Estate Ratings Review Committee.

Prior to joining Mercer in 2011, Padraig was Global Real Estate Strategist for BlackRock based in London. In this capacity he advised the firm on global investment utilising equity, debt and synthetic exposure. Prior to joining BlackRock, Padraig was a member of JLL's Global Capital Markets Group, advising clients on global strategy and cross-border real estate acquisitions.

Padraig has over 20 years of global investment and strategy experience spanning direct property investment, multi-manager, private equity and infrastructure development.

Padraig holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
